Our 911 division is staffed by a highly trained team of Communication Officers who receive and evaluate calls for service from the public concerning Police, Fire and Emergency Medical needs. Specific duties include evaluating calls for proper distribution to responsible agencies, obtaining information required for dispatching appropriate field units, providing lifesaving pre-arrival instructions and maintaining historical event information.
